Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of RAM, and any request for a refund will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of the move, as outlined in this policy.
RAM is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, traffic, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy, including this legal disclaimer.

Refund Policy
At Reliable Anytime Movers (RAM), we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• If you cancel your move more than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled date, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, less incurred costs.
• If there is a mistake made by our team that directly impacts the move, such as damage to property or improper handling of your items, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the severity of the issue.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled moving date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hrs before the scheduled move will not be eligible for a refund, as preparations for the move may have already been initiated.
3. Damages or Issues with Service
If there is damage to your items during the moving process or if you experience an issue with our services, please notify us within 1 day of the completion of the move. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial or full refund based on the extent of the issue, as well as the terms of our liability insurance.
4. Refund Process
• To request a refund, please contact us at info@ramltd.ca, providing your booking details and the reason for your request.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
• Any additional services requested on the day of the move, including extra labor or specialty services, are non-refundable once the services have been provided.
• Fees for storage or temporary services are also non-refundable unless specified in the contract.
6. Force Majeure
Reliable Anytime Movers (RAM) is not liable for refunds due to situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, or other events that prevent us from providing services as scheduled.
7. Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all bookings made after the posting date.
