Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Reliable Anytime Movers (RAM) for your moving needs. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services Provided
Reliable Anytime Movers (RAM) provides moving services, including but not limited to, office relocations, school relocations, commercial moves, and government agency moves. Our services include packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking as agreed upon in the contract.
2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing for our services is based on the scope of the move, including distance, volume, and special requirements. A written estimate will be provided, and payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances or additional services requested during the move.
3. Booking & Cancellations
To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the nature of the move. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability & Insurance
RAM is responsible for the safe transport of your items during the move. We offer limited liability coverage for damaged or lost items during transport. For higher value items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage. RAM is not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed by our team or for pre-existing damages.
5. Access & Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that the location is accessible on the scheduled moving day. Any access issues, such as parking limitations or inadequate entry points, may incur additional charges. You agree to provide a safe working environment for our staff during the move.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including any fragile, valuable, or oversized items. RAM reserves the right to refuse the transportation of any items deemed hazardous, illegal, or unsafe.
7. Force Majeure
RAM is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances that prevent us from providing our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
